How I Got Here
I didn’t exactly take a straight line to get here. I’ve been a musician, manager, trainer, coach, consultant, speaker, and a few things in between. Along the way, I became fascinated by why some people grow, lead, communicate, and adapt better than others. That curiosity eventually became Ambitious Adulting 101.

What I Believe
Most people don’t need another motivational speech. They need a better way to think about what’s actually happening.
I believe good leadership starts with accurate thinking, clear communication, accountability, and the willingness to have the conversations other people avoid.
My job isn’t to have all the answers. It’s to help people ask better questions, see what they’re missing, and become more capable of solving the next problem without me.
